This Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy sets out the terms and conditions on the basis of which we will process payments and refunds for transactions carried on through your use of the mobile application or the website while availing of services made available to you.
Cancellation Policy
We offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. However, if you wish to cancel the service, email us within at least 2 hours before your scheduled session, and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. However, if you miss cancelling within 2 hours of the scheduled service, 100% cancellation charges would be implied.
Refund Policy
A client may cancel his/her personal session/service with written notice of such cancellation. Clients
who qualify for the refund for the availed service on request will be refunded the amount on a pro-rata
basis as per the refund policy mentioned on the site.
Customers will be refunded the total amount paid at the time of the subscription minus the amount
equivalent to the value of each session multiplied by the no of sessions already taken.
Refunds
Refunds for all eligible cancellations are issued through the payment method used at the time of
purchase.
You will not receive cash refunds in connection with a card sale.
Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your 1Care account should match the
bank account holder's name.
Refunds will only be made against genuine and trackable cancellation requests generated by you by
clicking on the cancellation button provided in the App’s user dashboard in your account.
Refunds may be processed within 15 working days from the receipt of a request from you.
Refund Timelines
The time frame for different payment modes is typically 5-7 business days post the return has been received and verified by 1Care.
